配送条件 Delivery Policy
ご購入された商品に送料が含まれていない場合、商品は「着払い」にて設定された料金のもとご指定の住所に配送されます。商品到着時に送料を現金で運送会社にお支払いください。
- Muse Concept Designでは、ご購入後2~4営業日以内に商品が確実にお届けできるよう、あらゆる努力を払います。九州・沖縄・その他離島へのお届けの場合、さらに追加で2~3日かかります。
- ご注文が完了すると、商品を追跡するための詳細が記載された確認メールが届きます。配達時にご不在の場合は、運送会社が再配達の手配をいたします。
- 金曜日、土曜日、日曜日および祝日にお受けした注文は、ご注文日から2営業日以内に出荷されます。
- すべてのご注文は配達時にお客様のご署名が必要です。お客様がご不在の場合、運送会社では受取方法を明記した不在通知を残します。ご注文の商品を安全かつ確実にお受け取りいただくため、お客様がご不在の際に商品を「隠して」お届けすることはできません。
- 当社ではお客様にご指示いただいた住所に配達するため、細心の注意を払っています。ただし、お客様による入力の誤りが発生した場合、当社では未配達または誤配達の責任は負いません。
Delivery Policy
All items purchased do not include shipping costs, items will be delivered to the provided address with shipping cost set to as “pay on delivery”. Please ensure that you will have cash to pay the courier company when the item arrives.
- Muse Concept Design will make every effort to ensure your purchase is delivered within 2 to 4 working days to the address specified during the purchase process. For Kyushu, Okinawa and other islands please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery.
- Upon successful completion of your order, we will provide you with a confirmation email containing details to track your order. If you are not at the delivery address to receive your parcel, the courier service will arrange another time to drop off.
- Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be shipped within the next 2 business days.
- All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, the courier service will leave a notice for collection card with details on how to collect your delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, couriers will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
- We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
